Meet Lila
Lila just moved to Charleston from Boston and has been teaching Pilates for 3 years. She was comprehensively certified through Club Pilates where she worked and managed a studio for 2 years and then went into commercial property management. She quickly realized that her passion is fitness and she loves to help to motivate people and make them feel their best! Her style is a mix between the classical Pilates style and contemporary.
What’s your favorite piece of Pilates equipment?
Reformer!!! Basic but there are so many things you can do on it!

Anything side lying!
What’s one of your non-Pilates hobbies?
I love going for long walks especially on the water/ by the beach!

What’s your ideal day in Charleston?
Wake up and take an early morning pilates class, go for a walk around the battery, sit at the beach for a few hours, dinner and drinks with friends downtown!

What’s your best advice for starting a workout routine?
Find something you love to do and start with 20 mins a day- consistently over the whole week is better than doing something for 2 hours just once a week!
